Mind and body in balance

I started my Pilates journey nearly twenty years ago.  The mixture of strength and balance exercises made me want to continue and improve my poor posture from years of teaching and sitting on chairs built for primary school children. Over time, I decided to train as an instructor and began teaching Pilates on the mat in 2017. The group exercise classes are fun and informative and I have had some wonderful feedback showing how Pilates has improved people's lives.  I have also continued my training and hold qualifications in exercise for older adults and Pilates for osteoporosis. Why not do something amazing today and start your own journey toward better health?

"The class is always equally great fun and a good challenge. We both always feel so much better when we step out of your class…….that’s because the pain is finally over!!

Only joking, you’re a wonderful teacher and we are lucky to have a place in your class."
